Master Booking Terms & Service Agreement

Effective Date: January 1, 2026 | Governing Jurisdiction: England & Wales / International Tourism Law

1.1 Formation of Contract

A legally binding contract between Soulcrest Travel ("the Atelier", "we", "us") and the principal voyager ("the Guest", "Client") takes effect exclusively upon: (a) receipt of the stipulated initial itinerary retainer or deposit; and (b) our dispatch of a formalized Booking Confirmation and Escrow Vault Allocation Reference under the official domain soulcresttravel.org.

1.2 Deposit & Payment Schedules

  • Expedition Deposit: 30% of the aggregate itinerary valuation is payable at the time of reservation to secure private charters, villa holds, and privileged monument buyouts.
  • Interim Schedule: 30% payable at 90 days prior to commencement for ultra-luxe Peak Season departures (e.g. Mediterranean high summer, Zermatt winter holidays).
  • Final Remittance: The remaining 40% balance is due exactly 45 days prior to arrival. Failure to remit by the deadline releases hold holds subject to Section 2.

1.3 Pricing Integrity & Currency Guarantee

All bespoke pricing quoted in your formal Proposal Dossier is locked against foreign exchange currency fluctuations once the initial deposit is confirmed in our trust escrow. Fuel surcharges and unexpected airport slot variances are absorbed by Soulcrest Travel under our No-Hidden-Fee Charter.

Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Protocol

Guests may reschedule at zero penalty fee, or receive an immediate Escrow Credit Voucher valid indefinitely across any global destination.

Unlike standard tour wholesalers, Soulcrest Travel does not utilize forward client payments for day-to-day corporate operations. Every dollar, pound, or euro paid by a guest is placed directly into an independent, segregated client asset account held at an AA-rated financial institution.

All flights and private aviation charters are booked under licensed air travel organizer frameworks ensuring total passenger repatriation if required.
